At Smile Factory Balloons, every order is custom-made and tailored with care to create unforgettable moments. Because of the personalized nature of our products and services, we kindly ask you to review our refund guidelines below:

 Order Cancellations:

  • Orders canceled 48 hours or more before the scheduled delivery or installation date are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24-48 hours before delivery may receive a 50% refund.

  • Orders canceled within 24 hours of delivery/installation are non-refundable.

 Non-Refundable Items:

Due to the customized and perishable nature of our balloon arrangements and event setups, the following are non-refundable:

  • Delivered and completed balloon installations

  • Custom-designed balloon bouquets and packages once prepared

  • Any order canceled after delivery has been dispatched

 Quality Guarantee:

If you experience any issues with your order upon delivery (such as incorrect items or product defects), please contact us within 2 hours of receipt with photos and your order number. We’ll do our best to promptly resolve the issue.

 Changes to Orders:

Changes to balloon colors, messages, or delivery details can be made up to 48 hours before your delivery date. After this time, we may not be able to accommodate adjustments.
